1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of damage or defect (photos/videos) is required
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@ecobm.in with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images/videos.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side (damaged or wrong product).

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
